EGNOS makes GPS accurate and reliable enough for safety-critical uses like guiding aircraft approaches across Europe. Changes to software like that are held to the strictest standard there is.

- New functionality in Java and C on a long-running, safety-critical codebase.
- Unit, integration and automated tests (Cantata, VxWorks) at 100% coverage and pass rate before every release.
